P.6 - Inbound Flights

Inbound flights are used for our special guests and media when covering the next stop. They are a wonderful way to say "Thank you" to those who give complementary hotel rooms and cars and also help bolster local presence with the aircraft. For each inbound flight, the following number of seats are allocated between both aircraft: (Please note that these numbers are guidelines and not always guaranteed)

  • Total of Four (4) seats for media (two on each aircraft)
  • Total of Two (2) seats for hotel representative guests
  • Total of One (1) seat for vehicle representative guest
  • Total of One (1) seat for yourself, tour stop coordinator

Remaining seats are left available to Collings Foundation sponsors and guests. All inbound rider slots must be approved by the Wings of Freedom coordinator in Stow, MA no later than 1 day prior to flight. Call 978-562-9182 for the Wings of Freedom coordinator. The ride coordinator who travels with the aircraft is not in charge of these seats and cannot give authorization, make sure to call the offices in Stow, MA for approval for these seats.
